Privacy
01 Who we are
Learn Space is a trading name of Learn Space Limited, registered in Nigeria. We decide how and why personal data is used in our work, which makes us the data controller.
02 What we collect

03 How we use it
- To reply to you and send updates you asked for.

- To produce research findings that are aggregated and anonymised.
- To meet legal obligations and keep our services secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
05 Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
We limit access to those who need it, protect data in storage and in transit, and keep it only as long as the purpose requires. Add retention periods by data type.
06 Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to how it is used, and complain to the data protection regulator. Add the applicable Nigerian data protection law and regulator details.
Data and consent
07 How consent works
Before anyone takes part in our research or uses a product that gathers evidence, we explain in plain language what we will ask, why, and what happens to the answers. Taking part is always optional, and saying no never affects access to a service or school place.
08 Children’s data
We take extra care with children. A parent or guardian is asked for consent before a child takes part, and we also ask the child in words they can follow. We collect the minimum needed, and we keep it apart from anything that could identify a child wherever we can.
A child's data is never a revenue line.
09 Research data
We follow people over time, so we hold data across years. What we publish is aggregated and anonymised, and we do not release information that could identify a family, teacher or student. How research is overseen is set out under Governance and safeguarding.
10 Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw at any time, and we will stop using your data and delete it where the law allows. Findings already published in aggregate cannot be undone, as they no longer identify you.
